Fire alarm systems

The fire alarm system detects and signals the outbreak of a fire in time, leaving you time for a quick response — thereby protecting life and property. The sensors monitor the physical signs of fire 24 hours a day and send an alert to the fire alarm control panel. We design, install, and then inspect and maintain your system in cycles required by law (BM Decree 54/2014) to ensure it operates reliably at all times. Our certified staff manages the entire life cycle of built-in fire alarm systems.

Heat and smoke extraction systems

In the event of a fire, heat and smoke are the most dangerous factors: the heat and smoke extraction system lowers the temperature, slows the spread of the fire, and quickly removes the smoke so people can evacuate and firefighters can intervene. These systems can also be connected to fire alarms and heat sensors, allowing them to react automatically. Installation can only be carried out by a professional based on the technical plan; the law requires a 3-month check and a 6-month inspection. Fire suppression systems

A built-in fire suppression system is the most effective protection: upon detecting a fire, it intervenes automatically, day and night, even before the fire spreads. Sprinkler systems extinguish with water, but gas (CO2), powder, and foam solutions also exist — we find the right one for every building. Effectiveness is maintained through regular maintenance, as valves and sensors wear out over time. Fire doors

A fire door slows down, or even prevents, the spread of fire, heat, and smoke to other rooms — thereby buying time for evacuation and firefighting intervention. Made of steel or fire-resistant glass with special seals, it is often connected to the fire protection system via an automatic closing mechanism. Fire seals

Wherever a cable or mechanical unit passes through a fire wall, a clear path opens for fire and smoke without proper sealing. Modern sealing materials, collars, and insulation systems — using materials with the appropriate fire performance — close off these critical penetrations. Fire dampers

A fire damper is built into the ductwork of ventilation and HVAC systems: in the event of a fire, it closes automatically, preventing fire and smoke from spreading through the air ducts to other fire compartments. Since it has moving parts, regular, documented inspection and maintenance are required for reliable operation. We help you choose and install the right solution, and we carry out the periodic inspection and maintenance required by law.

Occupational safety

Emergency safety and evacuation lighting clearly shows escape routes and exits, reduces panic, and saves lives in critical moments. For the system — including its batteries — to always work in an emergency, regular, documented inspection and maintenance are needed; the law requires a 3-month check and a 12-month inspection. We ensure the professional maintenance of your emergency lighting and related occupational safety conditions.

Electrical safety inspections

The purpose of contact protection and electrical safety inspections is to reduce the risk of electric shock. Insulation faults, worn wires, and loose connections, when identified and repaired in time, prevent serious accidents. Our electrical safety inspectors also detect hidden faults that are not visible during normal operation. The frequency of the inspection depends on the environment: hand tools annually, electrical equipment in buildings typically every 3–6 years. We carry out contact protection and high-voltage electrical inspections.

Lightning protection

A lightning strike can cause fires, and damage buildings and power supplies. Lightning protection consists of an external part (lightning rod, directing the load into the ground) and an internal part (surge protection). The system can wear out over time, so regular inspection is required: a specialist checks the condition of the lightning rods, and measures the resistance and surge protection. The law requires an inspection every 3–6 years for standard-compliant systems. We install, inspect, and maintain your lightning protection.
